What, when and where, is not mentioned by Joel but we can safely assume that this is on a College of the Pacific property during one of their sponsored events. Some of the faces start to look familiar.
There were 24 negatives in this section, quite a few are duplicates though, This is, a copy of the original negative. Copying was either a class room assignment for Joel or he copied the negatives so he would retain something to print when the art department lost the original. Joel probably learned the hard way.
How do I know ? In a few cases, the copy is all there is, the original is nowhere to be found.
Since publishing this blog post first, I acquired a Naranjado from 1946 and found that quite a few images are from Joel. I renamed the blog post from “Fun Day” to Campus Days, to follow Naranjado 1946 nomenclature.

Seems there was more than one skit involved that day !

Joel want to Paris on his weekends off !

The three images above are all copies from an original negative. These negatives were taped down during the copying process from a positive print.

All ingredients for a fun day were there. Games, skits, music and friendly competitive sports.
Next blog post we look at the last subject in this box.
Cheers !
