“Nancy Reynolds, June 1, 1949” is written on the side of the box.
Checking the Naranjado 1949 College of Pacific, we find reference to Nancy Reynolds being the Alpha Theta Tau’s Spring Belle for 1949.
The 12 images below are an exercise in mostly seated portraits. It’s quite a nice series. Joel keeps on average a low perspective, and I have to admit, it works well in this series. There is sufficient variety for images to print.
Hat and gloves are the accessories for the day.

I do not recognize this location in 1949. Although the building in the background has columns, it doesn’t look like the Civic Memorial Hall Auditorium.
Also observe how this negative, and few others, have suffered from aging damage. The substrate is cracking.

A short and sweet series for today.
Cheers !
