More COP Parties, Box 44, 1948

The pencil marks on this box simply says “April Dance”. There’s total of 24 negatives, and there are multiple subjects.

Although Joel Dardis is credited in the 1948 Naranjada yearbook, none of the images in this, and following, blog posts, are published in the “Big Days Section”.

From what I can gather, the Rhizomia “and there’s Boom” parties were quite legendary.

It’s pretty impossible to capture the attention of all in these group shots, last shot was printed.

And then there was music !

There are more group shots of at least one other living group.

The above three group shots were from the same group, just three different angles as not everyone fits in a single image. They were all printed.

One solo image from a skit or performance below, no further references.

And the partying continued off-campus.

The rest of the images in this box cover other subjects for next blog post.

Cheers !
