Construction, Box 99, July 1957

There were few more negatives left to check in box 99. The date for those is Friday, July 19, 1957. All of them are related to construction of what appears to be a commercial structure, possibly with a residential or office add-on within the same lot.

There are no further references on the box, so the location knowledge is gone with Joel.

The other observation is that these images were not all taken the same day. There’s clearly progress in what is shown here. Which makes the date unclear as July 19 could related to any phase of this construction.

It’s a bit of a mystery of what Joel tried to achieve here. There’s hope we find finished construction images with more detail later.

Hard to believe that we went through almost 100 press format negative boxes since the start of this blog in March 2022.

Cheers !
